These Terms govern your use of plushph. Below are six key principles every member should understand before reading the full document.
plushph is strictly for adults aged 21 and above, in accordance with Philippine gaming law. Age verification is mandatory and enforced at registration and KYC stages.
Each person may hold only one plushph account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances under our anti-fraud policy.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal can be processed.
All transactions on plushph are conducted exclusively in Philippine Pesos (PHP). GCash, Maya, and Philippine bank transfers are the supported payment channels.
Use of bots, exploits, collusion, or any system designed to gain an unfair advantage will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. All disputes are subject to PAGCOR regulatory oversight and Philippine jurisdiction.
Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before accessing or using any service provided by plushph ("the Platform," "we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using plushph, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the plushph platform.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules posted on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and plushph.
To register and use the plushph Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:
4.1 One Account Policy. Each individual may register only one (1) account on the plushph Platform. Multiple accounts registered by the same person — whether using different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitute a serious violation of these Terms and will result in all accounts being permanently closed and all funds being forfeited.
4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number. plushph is not liable for any issues arising from incorrect registration information provided by the Member.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. plushph will never ask for your password via SMS, email, or chat. You agree to notify plushph immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
4.4 KYC Verification. plushph reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or upon any transaction that triggers AML review obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the required timeframe may result in account suspension.
5.1 Currency. All deposits and withdrawals on the plushph Platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Pesos (PHP/₱). No foreign currency transactions are accepted.
5.2 Accepted Payment Methods. plushph supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank/InstaPay, and select over-the-counter channels including 7-Eleven Cliqq. Minimum and maximum transaction amounts may apply and are published on the Platform.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are typically processed within the following timeframes: GCash and Maya — approximately 3–5 minutes; bank transfers via InstaPay — approximately 1–3 hours; other bank transfers — up to 1 business day. plushph reserves the right to delay processing during KYC review, security investigations, or in cases where a withdrawal is flagged for AML review.
5.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. A Member must have completed KYC verification before their first withdrawal may be processed. Bonus funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before withdrawal eligibility applies. plushph may require that withdrawals be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit.
5.5 No Third-Party Payments. Deposits may only be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. plushph will not accept deposits from third-party accounts, and any such deposits will be returned and may trigger an account security review.
6.1 General. plushph may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, loyalty rewards, and other promotional offers to Members. All such promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, in addition to these general Terms.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before they may be withdrawn as real money. Wagering Requirements will be clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms. Failure to meet a Wagering Requirement within the stated validity period will result in forfeiture of the Bonus.
6.3 Abuse of Bonuses. plushph reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any Bonus, and to suspend or close the associated account, if we reasonably determine that a Member has abused or attempted to abuse a promotion, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing minimum-risk bets designed solely to fulfil wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms.
6.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. plushph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a Member's account.
7.1 Game Outcomes. All game outcomes on the plushph Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or by live dealer outcomes, as applicable. RNG systems are independently audited by accredited testing laboratories. plushph does not manipulate game outcomes.
7.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, plushph's records of game outcomes shall be the authoritative reference. Bets placed during a verified technical malfunction may be voided. plushph shall not be liable for losses arising from technical issues beyond its control, including third-party network failures.
7.3 Prohibited Conduct. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds: use of automated betting software or bots; exploitation of software bugs or glitches; collusion with other players; use of third-party cheating software; and any form of match-fixing or manipulation in sports betting markets.
All content on the plushph Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, logos, text, graphics, user interface design, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of plushph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of plushph content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
plushph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173). plushph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
In the event of account closure for breach of these Terms, plushph reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, any real money balance. Where closure is initiated without cause by plushph, any verified real money balance will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, plushph shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: your use of or inability to access the Platform; any technical malfunction, interruption, or error in the delivery of services; unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password security; or losses arising from gambling outcomes, which are inherently uncertain and subject to chance.
plushph does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and may conduct scheduled or emergency maintenance at any time. plushph's total aggregate liability to any individual Member shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Member in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the plushph Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts and, where applicable, to the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR.
Members are encouraged to contact plushph's customer support team in the first instance to resolve any dispute. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through customer support, the matter may be escalated through applicable regulatory channels.
plushph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via registered mobile number or through a notice displayed prominently on the Platform. Your continued use of the plushph Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We recommend that Members review these Terms periodically.
